For districts where local revenue did not keep up with FSFP local capacity the median change was 13%, districts whose local revenue change was favorable relative to FSFP local capacity, the median change was 22%. Districts with an income tax (SDIT) are more likely (164 districts) to experience local share that keeps up with FSFP
