On Wednesday, the Senate voted to insist on its amendments to House Bill (HB) 126 (BOR Process) and to request a conference committee to negotiate a compromise. The conference committee will consist of six members, with representation from three members from the House and three members of the Senate.
We will keep you updated on the naming of conference committee members from each chamber. Once identified, we will provide our suggestions to the conference committee for consideration.
