Please note: The OASBO 457(b) Plan is not going away! It remains a key OASBO Benchmark Program that simplifies implementation for districts by streamlining plan development and provider selection.

What This Means For Your District:

If your district is enrolled in the OASBO 457(b) Plan and already contracted with OMNI & TSACG: No action is required. Additional communication from OMNI & TSACG will follow.

If your district is enrolled in the OASBO 457(b) Plan but is not currently contracted with OMNI & TSACG: You must take one of the following actions:

  • Complete and return a to by October 31; or
  • If you work with a different provider for 403(b)/457(b) administration and prefer to remain with them, please consult your provider regarding compliance for your district’s 457(b) plan.

We appreciate your support and are confident this transition will benefit participating districts by ensuring strong compliance, high-quality service, and peace of mind. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us or contact OMNI & TSACG Compliance Services directly.
