Budget Update

Today, the Ohio House passed its version of the state’s two-year budget (Substitute House Bill 33) by a 77-19 vote. Earlier in the week, the House Finance Committee accepted an omnibus amendment. The Ohio Senate has begun budget testimony and will continue receiving testimony in May. Please reach out to your senators and communicate the importance of the Fair School Funding Plan and the need to keep the updated base cost inputs from fiscal year 2022 in the budget.
