On Wednesday, representatives from local government associations around Ohio gathered to discuss House Bill (HB) 1. There are still many questions to be answered about this legislation, including whether HB 920 applies.

Sponsor testimony has been scheduled in the House Ways & Means Committee for Tuesday, Feb. 28 at 2:30 p.m. Legislative Service Commission (LSC) analysis will be released in the coming days, which will provide clarity as to advocacy efforts moving forward. Once we have this information, OASBO will share resources developed with assistance from the OASBO Legislative Committee.
