HB 51 Has Been Signed By The Governor!
House Bill (HB) 51 provides temporary authority, expiring July 1, 2022, for members of a public body to meet by means of teleconference or video conference.
The bill was signed by Governor DeWine on Feb. 17. The bill included an emergency clause and is effective immediately.
