OASBO members and other school district leaders have done an excellent job advocating for the Fair School Funding Plan (FSFP) across the state. Treasurer/CFOs, as part of senate district leadership teams, have worked to organize and facilitate meetings with their senators to advocate for the FSFP.
Your participation in these meetings, as well as other local and regional efforts, have a strong impact and make a big difference! Our efforts to date have focused on republican senators, but please do not forget to reach out to all members in both the House and Senate to advance the FSFP.
Resources to assist in your advocacy efforts are posted to the OASBO Advocacy Hub. You are also welcome to share these resources with your school district colleagues and to use in your local community's advocacy efforts.
