Thank you to all of our members who called their senators to voice concern and opposition to the proposed amendment and vote on HB 126, and to those who appeared at Senate Ways & Means Committee hearings over the last two weeks. The contacts and meetings members have had with their senators thus far have been very helpful in explaining the challenges these three bills create for districts and raising the necessary funds to educate students.
